COMMUNITY FACILITY IN BRIDGEND
Finedesign helped a town centre community facility in Bridgend to gain Planning consent for a change of use for a cafe on the ground floor with four bedroomed shared accommodation above
TOWN CENTRE CONSERVATION AREA GAP SITE
Finedesign developed concept plans for a gap site located in a very sensitive site in the middle of a conservation area.
A layout was developed and approved by the Planners, which enabled the client to maximise their return by approaching prospective purchasers with a scheme that offered a good level of re assurance that a development would pass Planning without the client needing to go to the expense of producing a full application.
