The owner of a 19th century farmhouse in a prominent location the open countryside adjacent to a conservation area wished to extend their home.
Finedesign devised a schemes which provided a two story rear extension, a single story rear sun room and a large front porch. The overall quality and sensitivity of the design help to obtain approval for a scheme which was much bigger than would usually be allowed for a location such as this.
